Touch for Health is a system that was created in the 1970s by John Thie as a way for lay-people to take care of themselves and their families. It uses muscle monitoring/testing as a way of determining imbalances in energy flow through the meridians.

There are four levels of Touch for Health which are usually taught as a series of weekends. There is a standard curriculum set out by the International Kinesiology College (IKC) so that classes maintain a certain standard worldwide. TFH is a prerequisite for the GEMS Flow class and the techniques laid out in the scan sheets come from the TFH curriculum. If you are interested in TFH courses, contact Alexis or check here to see her current teaching schedule or to be referred to an Instructor in your area.

Thank you so much! I am really happy I decided to go ahead with GEMS and have already been using on others. The class was inspiring and motivating in streamlining Touch for Health and also using other modalities and skills I have. – J.G. Kitchener, ON
